Grove Whitbed®

Grove Whitbed is a shelly Portland stone with grey and white shell fragments. The shells are randomly distributed across the stone and will be evidenced by voids and shell banding. The texture between the shells / voids is often tight and dense.

Applications

Cladding, Lintels and window sills, Load bearing stone including columns, External paving, Interior flooring, interior feature walls, carving / sculptures.

Sizes Available

Any size up to 1200×1000. Larger sizes in limited supply. Minimum 20mm thick.

Colour

Typical Portland colour – creamy/white, although the large concentrations of grey shells can darken the overall colour.
